FIRST TIME BUYERS:

Finding the "right" real estate agent can be tough.  This is my approach.

Once we nail down "where" you want to live, I'll search the market, find you MULTIPLE options, and give you HONEST advise. It might be a fixer-upper requiring some work. Based on my renovation history, I can give you an idea how much work is involved. I also have a FANTASTIC TEAM behind me to answer finance questions, home inspections, and title work.

It's one thing to "say" you have someone's best interest in mind; I'll PROVE IT from the moment we meet.

If you trust me to find your next home, when the purchase becomes final, I'll buy the HOME WARRANTY up to $450.00..!

What if I'm able to negotiate a warranty into the deal?   I'll give you a $450.00 REBATE at closing..!



NOT YOUR FIRST PURCHASE:

I won't insult your knowledge of the market. You've been here before. I will take the information you present, and find you homes that match your demands. I'll preview each home, so I don't waste your time. Only homes matching your needs will be presented. I HATE wasting time; yours and mine.

I joke all the time that, "I'm pickier than my Clients", but honestly, it's TRUE. Pulling up to a home that's obviously not going to work is embarrassing, and complete waste of time. If there are options, I'll make them clear right up front.

INVESTORS:

Simple, time is money. After our meeting, I'll crunch the numbers BEFORE I send you properties for review. Daily I'll check the MLS for new opprotunities, and only present those that make sense. I'll never PUSH properties to your inbox, wasting your time. I'm also an investor, so I have the background to make our partnership highly successful.
