 This is a GREAT way of sweeten the deal, without a penny coming out of your pocket. Home buyers are going to insist on a warranty. Let me take care of it for you. IT'S NOT THAT BAD EVERYTHING takes time. In 2005 everyone finally figured out the real estate market was WHITE HOT. The fact is, the market actually exploded in 2002. Three(3) years went by before it slapped most in the face. Today, we're at the BOTTOM but few realize it... HERE ARE THE FACTS: New homes are being built again, and there's a SHORTAGE. Only 7,000 permits (a 40 year low) were issued in 2011. The "BIG BRAINS" expect more than 10,400 in 2012. A New Home shortage means your existing home value is going to do up. It's simple supply & demand. Interest rates have NEVER been lower, banks are expected to loosen their lending practices (FINALLY), and unemployment is expected to fall (or stabalize). WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?: Each month your home is going to increase in value. Should you wait? Maybe, but if your home is going up in value, so is the home you want to buy... I expect multiple offers to become the "New Normal" again. Further driving up value. My advise? At least arrange a meeting so we can take a closer look. In 30 minutes, you'll know where you stand. |
